I was missing 4 spacers with my machine and I need someone local to finish setting it up. I have it altogether but the bottom cable seems to be a foot or more longer then it needs to be or maybe it’s the way I set it up. I’ve been going over it for weeks and so far I haven’t got to use it and may need to send it back.
My question is: I received my Weider2980 Home Gym Feb. 26 and have assembled almost everything, but can’t seem to assemble the Cable Assembly. As a result, I haven’t been using it. It is just sitting there taking up space. I know you charge $240.00 to assemble the whole thing, but I only need the Cable Assembly assembled. I was wondering if since I have most of it assembled if I could get a cheaper price to have someone finish the Cable Assembly at a price less than the $240.00 to assemble the whole thing. Hi, i recently bought a weider xrs 20 model WEBE1486.0 when I opened the box it was missing the weight tube and all of the adjustment knobs.

During assembly, noticed that # 60 Leg Bumper was broken and #85 M4 x 25mm self-tapping screw was bent.

I purchased a Weider 2980x, the first step the Frame Assembly, the screws don’t line up for the Weight guides to stand straight upright. They are in an angle more like a 40 degree angle. How can we replace the “stabilizer” and the “base”? They don’t line up.

I purchase a Weider 2980X from Kohls. I received both boxes, but while putting it together, we found that we are missing several parts. Per the part list, I need the 2 handles (part 11), the curl pad (part 14), the seat (part 15) and the backrest (part 16). I purchased a pro 255L slant board and it tells me to put two 16s to connect the main support bar to the leg base and close it off with a lock nut but the bolts are way too long and I can’t tighten them because of the lock nut. Also the flat piece to connect the two is bent, is that going to be a structural issue?

I purchased my home gym (Weider 2980X) and discovered there was NO HARDWARE kit to put the machine together. I contacted the manufacturer and was told to do a number of things like taking it back to Kohls and shopping around for parts at my local hardware stores. I would like for someone to please contact me to finally resolve this matter ethically. It’s been over a year that I’ve been given the run around and it’s quite unfair and unprofessional that so many people are having the same issue and no resolve.
