Exercise Balls
The Exercise Balls are also known as Gym balls. This is an elastic ball with varying diameter range of 35 – 85 centimeters used in physical therapies, athletic training and exercises. Air is filled in the ball and can be varied as per requirement to the user. The main advantages of exercise ball includes the soft surface for exercise and engaging more muscles and balancing. A primary benefit of exercising with an exercise ball as opposed to exercising directly on a hard flat surface is that the body responds to the instability of the ball to remain balanced, engaging many more muscles. With the use of Exercise Ball the abdominal and back muscles are constantly engaged and active in order to maintain proper posture and balance on the ball which helps in greater workout engaging more muscles. Many trainer advice to us exercise balls as it gives the perfect workout in which body muscles adjusts itself according to movement and to balance the ball while you perform the exercises.
