Not really happy with the service provided by Tempo Fitness. The customer service officers were not at all co-operative. Had a very minor issue regarding the belt sound and for that i had to wait for about 10 days. Dissapointed

Just an average kind of treadmill, intense workouts are not favorable. Good for beginners and normal users. If you are fitness freak do opt for some other brands and of some higher range.
Not very well made, what I would consider the frame tempo does not, not easy to get decent help and parts far too expensive for what they are. not worth the hassle, opt for better brand definitely, don’t buy fitness equipment from CanadianTire (crappy tire)!!!!
Hi I have a Tempo treadmill 621T. I didn’t use it for a week and when I turned it on the console display lite up and then then in the middle display I just get rows of pulsating intermittent red dots and nothing else. I have shut it odd unplugged it hit the reset, nothing works.Can you tell me what is wrong and if this is fixable. Thank you

Hi i have 621 t tredmile. I always work on manual. When i do 40 speed or any speed . It slows by itself. Please guide me what to do thanks

Having some issues with my treadmill (model 621T). All buttons work on the panel, other than reduce speed, stop, and pause. You can press these buttons and the screen will say the speed has been decreased, the program has been paused or stopped, but the belt keeps going at the same speed. It does not seem to be properly communicating. The treadmill was recently moved so wondering if something may have just come loose? Just not sure where exactly to be looking.

I run the belt right off it! I almost went head first into the wall! The board under the treadmill is broke and so is my belt. Can I get those parts replaced ?
During moving the safety key was lost. Resulting in the treadmill not working. Can i by a new safety key?

My carpet no longer works.
When it is on the P6 key is written on the board, but nothing works. No matter what button I press, the mat doesn’t work.
When I press Hold to reset, P1 is displayed but as soon as I try to take it off, p6 is displayed and I can’t do anything.
Can you help me please. I really like my carpet
