It has graphic display of performance in watts, speed, distance covered per session, total distance covered, energy consumption and pulse rate. This exercise bike features 8 resident exercising programs including heart rate control program (pulse rate measured via ear clip or cardio pulse set chest belt – both included), 18kg flywheel ensures a smooth motion and also has a freewheel facility for safety, electro-magnetic brake system is calibrated and state of the art, giving maximum accuracy of resistance measured in watts (25-600).
