Hello..everyone, had a query… we own a Adventure 1 Plus treadmill. Me and wife are in love with this machine, its just amazing but want to be sure if my mother, who is 57 years old can use it or not. Earlier she had a knee problem also, but she recovered soon.

Dear Cameron,.. i’m not doctor but would like to suggest, ask her to avoid treadmill workouts, instead tell her to go for a normal morning or evening walk. I feel jogging will not also be a great idea for her.
