Hello. I have recently purchased an older model x8 Elliptical. I have also downloaded the X8 user manual. However, the user manual does not seem to talk about long term maintenance on this model. Can you tell me what maintenance is necessary to keep this elliptical in great working order?

Does it require lubrication of any kind?
Tightening of nuts and bolts after long term use?
Internal Cleaning or fly wheel maintenance of any kind?

Please send me any maintenance information necessary for this older model elliptical.
