For Troubleshooting

  • All or some of the keys on the console do not work.
  • Can´t acquire/read heart rate.
  • Excessive static electricity/erratic heart rate readings.
  • My running belt does not move.
  • No console display.
  • Running belt is loose, drifting or slipping.
  • The banding straps were removed before Assembly Step 1 was completed.
  • The elevation function is not working properly.
  • The message “LUBE” or “LUBE BELT” scrolls across the console display window. The treadmill will not operate while the message is displayed.
  • The message “SAFETY KEY OFF” scrolls across the console display window.
  • Treadmill is making noises.
  • Treadmill will stop and reset or running speed is erratic.

I recently hooked up my AFG 7.1 to Passport. Now the belt won’t run. How do I disconnect it all and stop using passport?

Hello, I have AFG Tredmill and the other day when you plug it in the power turns on and time continues but the belt itself does not run. Can you send me a number in Edmonton who looks after such problems

I have an AFG ellipitical. It looks like the model is 3.1AE. It has started making some loud rattling noises when I use it. What do I need to do? Thank you.

We bought AFG PRO, loved it, but know it seems that one of the bolts got lost, so we need a screw/bolt replacement. Contacted suggested support group( – of course no answer!!!!! Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I have a AFG AU 7.3 exercise bike.

Inside the console the part marked “data” is missing. What cable is this exactly and how do I go about finding a replacement?

Purchased your treadmill 12-2019 and have maintained belt ect however continue to get E7 error with treadmill completely stopping..why is this occurring?
