To whom it may concern, would you please help me troubleshoot why the front belt wheel is making a popping sound on every third rotation only after a second time of using it?

I can hear the drive belt “slap” when I come out of the saddle while I am peddling.It hasn’t done that since I’ve had it .I purchased it from Amazon 4 weeks ago.Maybe the drive belt needs adjusting?Please help-Thank You!
