What an epic machine it is i love the design and overall machine .. Very Poor Quality , Got Problem with the pedals for the first time. Starting one week was ok ok the bike was running smooth. The next day the smoothness was nowhere pedal seems to be so tight. Called customer care first there was no response after sometime they gave response and told me that you need to change the pedals. Fed up with this bike gonna send it back soon . Would not recommend to buy this one.
In this case i would you were very unfortunate. Before buying my one i had inquired a lot and not a single person complained or had any issue with it. And after 11 months of its regular regular use, i haven’t encountered any such issues. Any ways contact with the customer care center and ask for replace. Hope they do it for sure.

I am trying to order a sit n cycle, but have not been able to find one. Can you help me.
I have the SitNCycle bike and absolutely love it but when I went to use it tonight the right pedal fell right off of it I tried to put it back on but it won’t stay on I was Hopi g you could tell me how to get it to stay on thank you if you could send me an email would appreciate it
I just have a quest I have the red and white sit and cycle love it but when I was pedaling the pedal fell right off the right side and it will not stay on hopefully you can help me out with this thank you
My left pedal has fallen off, either the pedal r the arm is stripped, how can I repair the pedal or arm?
