I have a Marcy recumbent exercise bike and it is missing the rubber bushing at the end of the support Pole on the bottom . Can I order one from you how much are they?

I have a Marcy cage set I bought 10 months ago and the cables on the outside weight support are very twisted and will not straighten up making the cables cracked and fragile. The plastic guides are also either stretched or broken.

Purchased and assembled a Marcy ME-709 Recumbent Exercise Bike and the computer is not registering any data, only zeroes. It will scan through the various modes (time, speed, distance, calories, etc.), but no data changes (always zeroes, even after 5 minutes). I did the “reboot” suggested by another tech. Removed the batteries, disconnected the upper and lower computer wires, then reconnected the upper and lower computer wires and installed fresh, brand name batteries…..still no change. I recently purchased the Marcy Magnetic Recumbent Exercise Bike from Amazon. A part on the seat support was damaged upon delivery and causes the seat adjustment to not work properly. Amazon told me to contact the manufacturer about replacing this particular part.

I bought a used Marcy Pro row NS-6070RW. I lose tension on the row/pull. It then takes about 5 pulls to regain full tension. Again the issue is on the row/pull movement. Not the return

I bought the MWM-988 home gym. There is a safety issue with the left butterfly and front press base. The holes will not line up to insert the pin. This issue could create a dangerous condition for anyone using this attachment.

My bike is pretty new, about 6 months old and it’s starting to act like there’s something wrong with it already. It makes this really bad clicking sound when i pedal. I m assuming this is something warranty should cover?

I purchased a White Marcy foldable bike about 4 to 5 years ago. Love this bike I really do not want to buy another. The right pedal fell off and I can no longer thread it in, its like the hole grew. Would you be able to send me the right sized replacement. I purchased a 9/16 right pedal but it’s not big enough to thread through the hole. What should I do I really like this bike. Cannot move the knob to adjust the tension on the pedal. Tried to unscrew and remove the pole to check cable but unable to. Need help, any tech to help me please?

I warn anyone about trusting this Marcy store. I ordered the Marcy stationary bike 1 piece was missing in was told it was on back order never received there customer service do not follow through with the missing parts. My bike will not change from a hard to petals detention and they monitor does not work because of the missing wire. I will never buy from this company again

I would agree. I bought one of their stationary bikes. It’s junk. No resistance at all. Its like pedalling air.

I purchased a IMPEX Power house PHE9000.in Oct,2004 from Dicks sporting goods ,I have used it 3 times a week ever since,LOVE IT,Iam in need of 2 pulleys # 45,which do not spin freely,4 3/4 in diameter thanks

I ordered replacement cables for my Marcy PM 3000. I was told I’d receive an e-mail with shipping info. I haven’t received an e-mail or my cables. What do I need to do to expedite my order forward. I’ve missed 3 weeks of home workouts!

I ordered a machine and only got half the weight stack. I want the rest of my weight plates. Why would you only send half the weight plates? They weren’t lost they were never shipped.

I recently purchase a NS40502R exercise bike ,and I am very happy with its overall performance. I arrived quickly. and was fairly easy to assemble in less than 2 hours. It functions as advertised and I highly recommend this bike and will be happy to answer specific questions about my experience with this great bike.

I purchased a Marcy MWM-990 Home Gym on order # 1130041296 on 7/19/2020. I was notified through the website that it had been shipped through UPS and a tracking number was provided. According to the UPS tracking information, the shipment was 134 pounds. The weight stack alone is at 150 pounds in the Marcy specification. I sent an inquiry through the website yesterday regarding the discrepancy and have not received a reply. If the weight is so short of the total weight of the device, it would appear that something is missing. I would appreciate a reply to my question… Read more »

I bought an elliptical machine in January, it comes with rechargable batteries for the display. Is it supposed to come with one less than there are spots for? I have filled in with a regular battery but it seems odd to me.
