i have an avanti IS400 rowing machine but the console is missing. Can you advise if and how I could get a new one

I have been given a Avanti 400 Rowing machine which is second hand. Under the seat the the three rollers have been damaged these are the ones between the bearings. Do you have spare parts for these to purchase ?
