Since you will not answer your phone or write me back I will have to take this matter up with the authorities. I have a Captiva order #6247 and have a crack in the “109” incline frame. The frame is warranted for life is says. You can pay me what I paid for it if you are unwilling to send me a new part. I payed $1879.20 for it.
