I have a new horizon fitness treadmill 7.0AT. I can’t connect it to Bluetooth so I can’t set any of my personal info for users. The speakers work but not the app for the users. I’ve called, Ives chatted and I can’t get any help and I’m very disturbed about the customer service of this product. Please contact me ASAP. What a waste this is not being able to use it properly.
