Hello, I purchased a Body Guard W-45 on 01/20/2020 from Fitness Super Store and it took over three weeks for delivery to me and I am now trying to get it registered for warranty.
I love my BodyGuard T340 treadmill. Recently the maintenance warning light message came on my screen. I called a local service company who is certified with BodyGuard. They came out and cleaned it up, lubed it then reset the alert on the screen. Now after a week the message for maintenance on the surface is now necessary warning came back on. I was told the running belt needs to be changed. Before I order a new one, I just want to know if this will fix the problem or will the alert keep coming back on.

Hi I have a older T500 Bodyguard treadmill and need to know if I should lubricate the running belt. I know some commercial treadmills have wax infused running belts and or decks and are maintenance free, doesn’t say in the service manual.
