I have a Steelflex XT-3300. When I turn the machine on, I get the message “Error 7” and I am unable to operate the machine. What is the problem?

Error 7 indicates that the DC incline motor and the variable resistor (VR) are not synchronized. Signal from the VR is not being received properly.Mechanical and/or electrical calibration is needed to reset this error message. Contact Technical Support for Steelflex for this !!

I have a Steelflex XT 3300. I have been using it for while and one day while exercising a burning smell started coming from the treadmill and I stopped it immediately. A few days later I turned it on and it worked however after a few minutes of working it stops suddenly, it turns off and turns back on nearly instantly. and does that often, I don’t use it anymore. Why is my treadmill doing this?

1st. How do you fold it up.
2nd I get a Err 1 message. What does this mean.
I purchased this unit 2nd hand.

My 3300 turns on but it shows horizontal lines in all of the categories on the panel. The safety cord magnet fell out of its casing and one edge broke off. I’m thinking that could be the source of the malfunction. Is it possible to replace it. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.
