I am having great difficulty in servicing my vertical cycling machine with Rods to pull & pedals. The sport shop from where I Purchased this machine keeps their own unqualified staff to fix the problem which never gets fully resolved. I am forced to deal with them in the absence of any information about your authorised service centre / contact details. I need complete servicing of my machine from qualified person who will attend the problem instead of just hollow promises to visit my home. My last mail to you remained unanswered.
